We’re excited to announce the first ever Good Zoo Brew and hope you are, too. Come party with the animals and have a wild time! Here’s what you need to know:

Ticket Prices
- $30 for Advanced Purchase, OVConnect Members, Good Zoo Friends, and Oglebay Institute members
- $35 for Advanced Purchase, Non-Members
- $20 for Designated Drivers (includes food and unlimited soft drinks, no alcohol)
- $40 for Purchase at the Door (if available)
Event Capacity
A maximum of 400 tickets will be sold. We anticipate having tickets available at the door at the $40 price. Attendees who pre-purchase tickets – in addition to saving money – will have two separate lines at the entrance to expedite their entrance into the Zoo at 7:00.
What Your Ticket Gets You
Each ticket holder receives 8 samples of beer, a souvenir mug, and hors d’oeuvres from area restaurants. Additional food and beverages will be available for purchase. Enjoy the region’s finest craft beers and delicious local food, great music, old and new friends, lovely zoo grounds, and beautiful wild animals.
Enhance Your Beer Knowledge
Whether you’re a home brewer, beer aficionado, or don’t know anything about different types of beers and how they’re made, you have a great opportunity to learn more. We are extremely pleased to have representatives from both Great Lakes Brewing Co. and Harpoon Brewery at the event.
Live Music
The event will feature two live bands: Cabin Fever String Band and Bridges.
Additional Beer Samplings & Bottles
You will have the opportunity to purchase tasting cards, good for four additional tastings, for $6.
At 9:30, bottled beer for home consumption may be purchased as you exit the event. Make-your-own 6-packs will be sold for $10. Buy three and get the fourth for free. Quantities and availability of specific beers will be limited.
